They’re all goats in their own way. We didn’t face a defense even remotely as good as the 01 Hurricanes, and Nebraska features the most archaic of the teams considered, bringing into doubt how effective they would be in this age. But they were margin of victory wise the best of the three. So I would take an argument any which way.

They were ALL GREAT.
But it’s not even close when comparing who played who.
LSU’s schedule was head and shoulder above everyone. If you say no, you’re dissing your own sec team.....which Self Loathing Daniel does.
They played how many once in-a-generation quarterbacks.
The smashed the sec.
It’s foolish to not consider them as the best.

Was there ever any doubt? 2019 LSU was the greatest team of ALL TIME. I think now would be a good time for those not affiliated with LSU Daddy to pay tribute.

GOAT team only beat Auburn by 3. I’m honored that LSU is given such accolades.

No but you can only destroy who you have, which they accomplished. If I had to take it further I’d say.
- Miami is the most talented team overall.
- LSU had the best dominance compared to SOS by a lot. Also most thrilling.
- Nebraska was simply the most dominant with worst overall schedule. But they just never blinked.
Also, if the three could step on field together I’d give LSU the best chance of winning based simply on evolution of the game.

Kansas and Kansas State were top 10 teams.
Seriously, none of Nebraska's opponents that year were anywhere as good as 2019 UGA, Bama, or Clemson. 95 Florida was the only team that would have been comparable in terms of relative quality.
