Cooking pork chops tonight near Bucksport with the wife and FIL. Not concerned.

The beach is crazy slow. All the tourist related business owners are about to blow their brains out. I'd guess anything related to that industry is easily down 80%+ over last year.

What's the price of land over there now? I've heard it's basically a goldmine.

Not bad at all. I only have to work 20 hour weeks now indefinitely, and they only want us in the office two days a week. Guess they don't won't us to work from home so just rotating my area through the week 2 people in the office per day. Boss is working from home as she has an underlying condition and this could really harm her.

I'm working 7 AM - 6 PM on Monday and Tuesday and then I'm off until Tuesday March 31. I have a choice to use 5 hours of leave a week (2.5 hrs a day) to just work my regular schedule too 8:30-5.

$10k-$20k per acre depending on where it is. The flooding the past few years has actually devalued property there, but if they ever connect Socastee to Bucksport with a bridge, it will skyrocket. That 701 corridor between Conway and Georgetown once you get out of Conway is still like driving in a different era.

64. He's half hippie, half redneck and thinks the panic over this is unnecessary. He wanted us to come down.

Be safe.
My dad is same age and has heart disease.
Mom wants us to come down to Nc.

Lexington checking in. Concerned about the folks possibly infected around Lex Extd Care as that’s only a couple of miles from my house. So far though just dealing with work (luckily I’m in a small office) and kids at home on the remote learning program. We have enough supplies to keep from going out depending on how long this lasts.

Been here off and on for 10 years, still can't tell you where Bucksport is on a map.

15 miles south of Conway on Hwy 701. It sits on the Waccamaw River and is right across the Pee Dee River from Georgetown County and the Yauhannah community. About 98% of the residents are black and the direct descendants of slaves from the old Henry Buck plantation.

All good in Columbia. All of my branches are drive thru only starting today. Most business is done by phone/online. I am here for moral support at the moment, but will probably WFH some this week, too. I am hoping this is just a blip on the radar in a few months, because social distancing is not my forte.

Living in between Blythewood and Ridgeway social distancing is normal.

Played golf Saturday morning, and that is the only social interaction I have had other than at home with the wife and kid and with the few co-workers who are in the office.

I only watch sports on TV, so that’s been the biggest thing. Don’t really do movies or any series.
