Good move if this is what happens. We need to keep the spread under control. We can't stop it from spreading at this point but we need to control how quickly it spreads and so things like this are good moves to help with that.

Just so they let Bill Walton in, I'm good

Alright so let's close every restaurant and major place of business where people also congregate then.

Wonder if players and staffers will still get customary 4 tickets each from the NCAA. Players already sell those amongst their friends and family friends if they don’t have family coming, but imagine they could get top $ if they are capping this thing at ~250 family and friends total between the two teams.

Is this the statement that has been hinted at? So now we definitely know they are not cancelling but recommending not having fans?

Yea what a massive kick to the balls of Atlanta - the year you get the Final Four it ends up being a Final Four in which no fans and (probably) no coaches convention ends up happening.

Are they still going to play in arenas and giant stadiums?

I assume they'll still play the games in basketball arenas but it would be incredibly strange to have them play in Mercedes Benz Stadium with nobody there.
I wonder if they end up playing the Final Four at State Farm Arena or Tech or something. I have no idea. What an incredible situation.

frick it. Everybody just stay in their neighborhoods and party themselves to death for months like we're in our teens and 20's again. Why are kids in school? And why the frick isn't this virus named after China?
