Bring on "The Stache" Gumps!

quote:

There is rumored interest in Feld from the Alabama Crimson Tide, according to Jon Wilner of the Pac-12 hotline newsletter, who just lost their Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Scott Cochran to the Georgia Bulldogs.

quote:

Feld is the 27th highest paid strength and conditioning coach in the nation, third in the Pac-12 conference. He made $310,000 in 2019 and had a max bonus of $93,000.

No. Just surprised that with all that Nike money, Oregon pays him so little.

That's an old picture of him.

Here's a more recent one:

I suspect Saban would have a difficult time getting along with someone who looks like that.

Day 1 Saban: Shave that dumb fricking mustache, aight?

A max bonus of 93K on a 310K salary

That's a 30% Bonus for a guy already making 310K per year

They throw that shyt around like it's Monopoly Money, but as soon as the Players ask for a more fair distribution of the Money that they generate, all the ADs and Athl Depts claim poverty and that they're losing money or barely breaking even

What a shytty system, I hope all those that are feasting at the trough of money generated by the Players burn in hell after they die a slow agonizing death

All of em are greedy self centered azzholes

If we really want him we’ll get him. We can pay him triple what Oregon is paying him and both him and his wife are from the Birmingham area

Yeah, I'd much rather have someone who looks like this provide guidance on strength and conditioning.

If they're from the Birmingham Area, then they are probably thrilled to be in Eugene, Ore, in fact being from Birmingham might be what keeps them away, they're actually familiar with the State of Alabama

Yep, that’s why Feld interviewed with Saban a few days ago

Shaud Williams is on the Oregon S & C staff. Saban is just trying to bring him home.
