You get paid salary & benefits based on a free & uncapped market, so you do get a piece of your company's millions, the problem is is that the full scholarship doesn't take into account the billions pouring into the P5 in the few decades, the scholarship has stayed relatively static while coaching salaries have exploded to match the revenue explosion

The Revenue Athletes should share more of that Revenue explosion

Revenue producing Athletes at P5 schools operate in a market that is artificially capped by the NCAA and its outdated definition of what amateurism is
