Ours improved in the new arena but it still takes a lot to get our fans in the door and loud. We’ve moved from bottom to middle of the pack as far as atmosphere in the arena.

Figured Arkansas would have atleast one regular season conference title since 94 with such an advantage.

Rupp Arena has home court advantage like Bryant Denny has home field advantage.

It sure isn't the weak arse crowds in those venues giving those teams an advantage

The last few seasons Auburn Arena has been one of the toughest places for visiting teams in the entire country, not just the SEC

Seems like Florida football players have gone to court a lot, so maybe Florida.

Tennessee hasn’t won a conference game there this decade.

Years ago State had a great home court advantage and then they screwed up the student section about 10 years ago and we have been pitiful ever since. Now realizing about 6-7 of those years the team was bad/mediocre/average. But even now the Hump creates a terrible atmosphere for the home team. Again because of where the students are forced to sit now.

Today against Auburn the atmosphere maybe a bit better because we have a good team this year although students are still out. I don’t ever see it getting back to what it was unless they change the student section back to what it was. :(

Tennessee had 16,000 or so today. A good not great LSU team beat them pretty easily. Tennessee hit 13 of 26 threes and we still beat them by 14. Did not notice the crowd at any point.

Agree on Bud Walton and Rupp.

Even Bama is pretty loud.
