At 53.8%, he's second only to Mullen.

He is the polar opposite of what their program wants/needs. He hates being there and the fanbase and boosters hate him being there. He basically dared them to fire him after the Egg Bowl in his press conference. He let his starting QB get punched out in practice and didn't even punish the player responsible. He gives no fricks and if he is kept on, I could see him intentionally tanking the program as "revenge".
It will be a lot like Nutt's last year at Ole Miss where he and his staff literally didn't recruit the last six months they were there and were giving out free pizza to the players after every practice

Mullen left a solid program at MSU and a competent coach would've been able to keep it going. Moorhead just wasn't ready for a head job and doesn't seem to understand the south at all.

Joe reacts to fan talk and twitter fingers. If he can't handle that criticism without crying in press conferences, then he simply can't handle being the HC of an SEC program. That was the first indicator. Then his lack of discipline and leadership was the icing on the cake.
