Ole Miss has yet to play in one.

We haven't been to one in 13 years, yet we've managed to somehow play in 3.

The race to Atlanta: Fisher vs Kiffin.
Who y'all got?

I'll make it a true daily double Alex. Who is Kiffin.

Neither program is National Championship caliber. Combined they will have 3 SECCG appearances in the next 82 years.

I mean seriously... Missouri has been in the conference for five minutes and they’ve been to two.

So you mean Georgia was only 11 years into their title drought? Man..imagine their surprise at the next 28 years.
The question is. Would you tell them so they can switch to another team early or let them suffer for the laughs?

They're ole Miss man. They are at a huge disadvantage when compared to the programs they have to compete with in every facet of a program. It's hard to win there for sure. Sec titles are out of the question pretty much. They will st least be more competitive under kiffin, which I think is all they're hoping for.

Damn, we’re in the Big 12 and have been to two.

I believe it was Gene Stallings who said when the SECCG was created that "the SEC will never win another national championship." He would go on to win each that year. I wonder if whatever he was referring to really has affected Georgia given they have the most SECCG losses. Could they have competed for more natties if they didn't have to go through Atlanta?

It’s an interesting question. College Football is so quirky and with each season having it’s own turns that I don’t know you can just generalize. This year UGA and Wisconsin pretty much stayed put after sound losses in their championship games. So committee almost implied those games can only help you and not hurt you
Had Bama stayed with a single L lurking around 5-7 it would have been real interesting. I maintain they should have never passed UGA unless GA tech had beaten them and they had entered the championship 10-2.

what kind of fricked up nfl comment is this?
lsu could be 0-12 the next 10 years but that is still who I live and die with. best part about college football is the loyalty
proof: I became an lsu fan during the dark years. my first real memory of watching lsu was getting embarrassed my Miami in the 80s. 44-3 or something. my first game in tiger stadium was a shutout loss to shane Matthew's and florida. yeah, the hallman years.
part of the joy of college football is the hope, but the actual experience on campus as a student and then tailgating with the people you have met over the years.

Aggies can at least say they haven't been in the conference long. FWIW, if USCe and Mizzou were in the West, they would have 0 as well.
