We don’t have cheerleaders.
They are y’all leaders and originated back when A&M was an all male military school. A&M is all about tradition, so it has stuck.

Many of us know the origin of A&M sideline activity. Yes, back in the day, there were no females involved in cinema. Ladies were portrayed by dudes, but!! somebody figured out that attractive women work better than men in drag to play those parts. In fairness, I called those medieval folks homo's for doing that; I don't give a shite what year it is: drag is drag.
