They weren't very good against us even with Lil Anthony

Yeah, I said that after the game that I was disappointed in how we played, and said that UNC team wasn’t good. However, they weren’t a bad team and I think the committee has enough sense to realize that.

WTF you mean? If that ref crew will call like that for the road team, I’ll take them when we travel all day. What a fricking shitshow of officiating. Solid win. Didn’t play great, opponent hits 31 straight FTs and we still won by double digits and could have hit 90 again if Cuonzo hadn’t conceded during the last possession. They didn’t even attempt to shoot their way back in it at the 3 minute mark. If I’m a Missouri fan, I’m pissed at the apparent lack of concern over this one.

Love the way this team is rolling. I saw Petty step up at crunch time and show some solid leadership. That guy has come light years from where he was and I’m so happy for him. These guys dont get down and don’t quit. They just keep battling. Roll Tide!

Nice post!
The way Coach Oats has taken what he was left with coming in, then completely redesigned their game/mentality, while dealing with multiple injuries, and a BS ruling on our transfer has been absolutely outstanding!.
Imo, every contributing player on the team has noticeably improved both their games, and their intensity....the man's got my attention!

That’s now 11 in a row that we’ve covered the spread.

Arkansas in Coleman on Feb 1 is really concerning. The Hogs are playing good basketball and will be a tough one.

Idk, man. We just beat a time, that went perfect from the line with 31 FTs, by 14 points. We only trailed for like 5 minutes

That was the worst half of basketball I’ve ever seen. Vandy and Tennessee SUCK

I expect Vandy to look like the 85 Celtics against us, but yeah on a normal night they are a very bad basketball team.

Tennessee isn’t great but they are better than that first half.

Shows is a fat, bloated old man. Oats pins him early.

Vanderbilt is going for back-to-back 0-18 seasons

They've forgotten that tanking isn't a viable strategy in college athletics

Alabama keeps the momentum going with a double-digit win against Missouri. The more I look at it, the more I think Nate Oats’ team is the SEC’s most improved since game one of the season. The Tide are rolling.

Seeing/hearing lots of people note how tough it is to win on the road this year but the Big Ten is not the entire world. My home court advantage model says HCA is as low as it's ever been and home teams have won just 59.6% of conference games so far. The third lowest of all time!
