State has a tougher path to the tournament right now than Ole Miss. I think both make it though if they have good showings in the SEC tournament.

How so? We have a better NET rating, much better OOC wins, and an easier schedule left.

Would love to see it, but I'd put more money on neither team making it.
It's a pretty sad indictment if both teams do make it, because neither is a particularly good college basketball team

State is projected as a 7 seed and has a 94% chance to make the NCAAT according to teamrankings.com

We both got in in 2002. Neither survived the first weekend, although State won its first round game.

Match them up in a play in game and play it outdoors at the Vet in Jackson. Ross Bork could wrassle Bo Bounds at halftime in one end zone, Moorhead vs. Luke in a hotdog eating contest in the other, and Steve Robertson vs Fancy in a game of horse on the court..
