Can we please have coaches that plan to stay for a long time and not use Alabama as a launching pad to other opportunities

Sounds like Gattis is leaving too. I wonder if part of the reason for the blowout was our Assisstant Coaches Not giving AF.

What’s the scoop on Gattis?

I heard going with Locks to Maryland as OC.

Edit: Nope, Michigan.

So Locks, Key, Gattis and rumors are that Coach Kool are leaving?
Tosh might be out too with rumors of Saban reaching out to other DC.

Great, full staff turnover for 2 straight years. That's fantastic.

Dear College Football,
Clemson has won 2 out 4 National Championships. They also have a coaching staff full of actual coaches. Try making one of them an offer.
Thanks!

FWIW, it appears most of these potential moves are being driven from within the program, not because other schools are targeting our guys.

I dont mind some of these coaches leaving. Great recruiters but they leave a lot to be desired on field coaching though.
I hope we bring back Bo Davis.

I mean I understand a lot of this is internal decision making, but if that is the case then last years hirings were pretty clearly failures.
We either undervalued coaching/overvalued recruiting in an attempt to combat Kirby or we just made bad hires.
Either way, it's a misstep and it will cost us having to start all over with the staff again. And that matters.

Coach K is a lot better DL coach than Bo. I don’t want to lose him above all the others.

Other than Quinnen our DL massively underperformed this season.

Yea I mean Coach Kool's universal reputation was that he was one of if not the best technician DL coach in college football based on years of production at different schools.
I have a hard time believing he all of a sudden because a coaching shite head.

I mean, I didn't really care about keeping anyone other than Gattis and Kool, but I didn't actually want to lose everybody lol (and those two guys as well).

All I know is we had an elite DL with Davis...he leaves and it regressed a little under Rumph.
Get him back and its elite again and then regresses under Dunbar and Kuligowski.
