You have no clue what the hell youre talking about. Smaller yes. Slower no.

He doesn't have any one elite skill... It's hard to have an NFL career without at least one elite trait. Something that you do better than almost everyone else and can lean on when the competition is at its toughest.
He's not fast, he's not really big, he doesn't run the best routes, he doesn't have the best hands. Good is the enemy of great.

Did you easily project Trent Richardson being a bust?

Because pro football is hard. Who knew?

This has pretty much been his issue along with the newly developed case of the dropsies. The first round receivers were all busts that year - Treadwell, Doctson and Coleman.
If I recall, he did not know how to run a route at all when he got to the nfl. Freeze didn’t teach him a damn thing.
Speed is a good thing but if you can run precise routes you’ll be a star. Your Landry example is peefect.

Combine results
Jarvis ran a 4.77
Why 4.65 40 isn’t bad
Treadwell ran a 4.65
But what do I know

Jarvis Landry begs to differ.

By "you," I assume you're referring to yourself?

He didn’t have hands of stones in college. He caught anything thrown to him. I guess it is like the shanks in golf. His just came at the wrong time.

Landry ran a 4.51 at LSU pro day. Saying he is slower than Treadwell is laughable.

Didn’t Rice run something like a 4.68.

Maybe he still can be. Did he major in journalism?

well if getting significant playing time in your 3rd year of the NFL is a failure.....then sure.

He's a starter in the NFL

Mike Wallace ran a 4.33 40. Treadwell is much slower, but can be physically imposing.
I don't think he's bought in mentally. Being good in the NFL means constant attention to detail and persistence. Treadwell may never put in the effort it takes to get there. I hope he does because he seemed a lot more engaged in college.

That guy was one of the best receivers I have ever seen play college ball. He could pick anything out of the sky. I am at a loss for why he lost his knack in catching. He doesn't have good hands now but he did in college.
