Would gus have already been fired if the refs call holding on Robinson to nullify the hail mary?

Gus would have been fired had he lost the Iron Bowl last year. People forget that halfway through last year Malzahn was a dead man walking. He pulled that Jordan Hare horseshoe out of his arse and beat UGA and Bama and not only saved his job but got a raise and extension.

WHEN he loses those 2 games this year the heat is back on.

You sure you shouldn’t have a LSU logo next to your name?

The fact that we needed that miracle play to win still annoys me. We pissed the game away and managed to pull it out of our collective asses

2017 wins over UGA and Bama weren’t easy, Gus coached his arse off.

As painful as that loss was, that was one incredibly entertaining game. Unbelievable how lucky Auburn was in 2013.

Would the Hail Mary have never happened if they accurately called Murray down at the 1 yard line when he never scored?

Knowing Auburn though, they still would've found a way to convert on 4th and 28 instead of 4th and 18.

It was accurately called and there isn't one replay or camera angles to dispute it.

I should also say that Gurley does not get nearly enough credit as an all time SEC running back.

Dude could ball.

probably the best RB I've ever personally seen in my lifetime. Guy was simply incredible. I hate he had to play on the 13-14 teams, although the '12 team was pretty solid. If he got to play on some of these kirby teams...yowza.

He is the first opposing running back that I have seen since McFadden that every time the ball was snapped I hoped he did not get the ball. I saw Henry, Ingram, Chubb, Fournette, Richardson, and Lattimore all play live and did not think that way.

Watching this game reminded me of how good he was.

One thing I despise about this game (aside from the obvious of course) is that it will basically be forgotten/ignored in UGA history, whereas if either we don't frick up the hail mary or we complete the final drive and score to win...this would go down as one of the best wins in UGA history. Sure it didn't have championship implications or anything like that but as far as just sheer "that was one of the best games UGA has played" especially against a top 10 AU on the road, it would go down in history and people would talk about that 2nd half/4th quarter comeback for decades. Kind of like the '96 DSOR but on meth and steroids.

But now...nope. Nobody will ever speak of it again. Damn you tray/jhc.
