We should honor McKeen for actually winning something.

Mullen gets to take a plane back to Gainesville. But I’m sure this zinger will hit home.

He would play in the charity golf tournaments back in the day. Buddy of mine played one. It was a charity for sick kids. Friend said Jackie dressed as a clown and made balloon animals for the kids and visited with them. Said he did it away from press because it was a day for the children. B1G should take notes.
Thought very highly of the Kang!

It is, until you realize that MSU's winningest coach had a record of 75-75-2.

I'm pretty sure there's gonna be a lot of savage shite going down that night. Mullen may want to leave the wife and kids back home.

No doubt the FU equipment truck will be packed with frying pans and b b guns in case they are needed.

If you westies were not so big on trolling us Easterners all the time ... I'd damn sure be pulling for Jackie to get a win that day. Always liked that guy. He was one of the last truly old school guys coaching when he left the game.

Will never forget our game, the first one played after 9/11 ... historic. But his daughter asked to sing the national anthem that night, still the highest rated Thursday night game ever I believe, and he made it happen and she absolutely knocked it outta the park.

May have been the only night they didn't allow cowbells ... they had metal detectors set up everywhere.

I think it's great they're honoring him for the game. It means they're pretty damn sure MSU is going to win.

74-76-2 on field record. The forfeit by Alabama in '93 is the only reason he ended up with a .500 record.

Coincidentally, he's also the losingest coach of all time at MSU.

That ain't good. He went 52-28-1 at A&M. He won 3 conference titles, 2 ten win seasons, and 3 ranked seasons (6th, 9th, and 12th). What makes it more impressive is that he took over from Tom Wilson who only went 17-17 over 3 years.

Coincidentally, Jackie and Dan both drove Ole Miss so far over the cliff that their beloved coaches turned to cheating at any cost in order to beat MSU. Jackie asking if Brewer even knew what "habitual" means, and Dan proclaiming to never lose to "that team" or tsun

Cost both of them their dream job in Oxford. Damn shame

Sherrill won the SEC West. Mullen couldn't even do that

Talk about petty. If Mullen happens to win, MSU may never get over him leaving

if there is one thing that the history of MSU sports has taught Bulldog fans, it's how to get over something.

We can be petty. We don't handle success. But we can surely get over stuff
