What the hell has Jimbo done ?

Win one Championship ? Les Miles did that in a tougher Conference.

Aggies have always been soft, they get punched in the mouth and they sulk away..

3 straight losses to Clemson. Soon to be 4.

Gave up 60+ points to the same Louisville team that Ed Orgeron kept out of the endzone.

Lost to Boston College 35-3.

Had a losing record and his team completely quit on him in 2017.

Imagine giving a raise to a coach that blew a 20 point lead to Ed Orgeron.

What makes you think “Sabinbear” has something to do with Saban? You do know where “Sabine” is don’t you?

Although I think he is down trending, he did win 29 consecutive games including an undefeated 14-0 NC season in which he was the one to finally beat the SEC in the title game after a long streak of SEC title game wins. I don't care who your QB is, a 29-game winning streak is seriously impressive. He had back-to-back undefeated regular seasons and beat Clemson with a backup QB due to Winston being suspended in the 2nd undefeated season. When he took over at FSU, they had finished 7-6 and unranked in 3 of the previous 4 years.

The Aggies have had a soft D though and that could cause him to have bigger issues because most of his FSU defenses were pretty stout.

I don't think I have ever seen so much backpedaling in a thread before.

Larry Coker won a national championship in the BIG EAST, now known as the ACC..

He retired at UTSA.

Honestly? I think Jimbo is on the downside of his career.

He could still win a national title at A&M but he just seems to have lost the fire he once had. Granted he's only 52 so he could have a lot left in the tank. But I think he's lost some pop off his fastball.

Texas A&M gave him a 10 year 75 million fully guaranteed contract so surely that will get him motivated since no matter what he does he gets all 75 million...

I honestly think Texas A&M hasn't been good for ~ 20 years.

Not until I watched Jimbo crash and burn with a stacked roster last year.

Now, sure why not.

He’s only lost less than 3 games 1 time in 6 seasons without Winston, while proving his floor is worse than LSU has seen this century (6 losses).

We're all they have. Can't compete with Alabama. Will get boat raced by Miami and Georgia. Ed O's job will once again come down to the A&M game
