Well, if there's video, let's see it. As it stands, it looks like he paid her to get him off the hook, whether that's true or not.

I'm pretty angry about this now. These false accusations need to stop, but they won't until women are charged with crimes for it.

The assault weapon charge is going to be difficult to shake. It reads as if the misdemeanor for high capacity magazine was dropped, but the felony charge remains. I hope that he will learn from this, but I'm not sure. Part of it is want to and the other is surrounding yourself with good people. We will see!!

A sizable amount of people need to eat crow. This is why you don’t immediately assume guilt based off nothing more than a statement.
Oh, and since we’re jumping on the “he paid her” response;
She was convicted of false accusations in 2011. She stole from him and there’s evidence of her breaking into his apartment after he had been detained. She followed him when he was returning his corvette after he incident and took pictures to sell to TMZ. Her injuries didn’t match her claims of the event.
