On March 9, 2017 LSU was 9-4 coming off a loss to McNeese State. Its a long season boys no need to freak out.
I'm not saying this team will end up in the Championship Series this year, but I do think the performance of AJ Labas was more important going forward than winning or losing this single game.

MSU has won 5 in a row. Gave up 5 runs in the process over 48 total innings. ERA is 0.94 over that stretch.

Not sure why LSU has to lose so many midweek games to in-state schools. Same as last year.
