Does Alabama or Tennessee claim Alvin Kamara?

Seems like the school where he played his most ball (TN) but was he at Bama longer? I believe the program in the dome has TN in his profile.

He was a Bama player for a while but made his bones at Tennessee. He's a vol.

Kamara at least practiced with Alabama. Breaux was never cleared to practice with LSU.
So y'all can claim credit for him, yet Alabama can't claim Kamara?

We do. We are the only college he enrolled in though I think, though he was never medically cleared to play.
He could claim his highschool or Canadian League team, but if asked where he went to college it’s only LSU
ETA: Not positive he didn’t give a shot at a smaller college down the road at some point
Us trying to claim Trey Quinn over SMU would be a better analogy

Trey Quinn and Tehuma played a whole lot more at LsU than Kamara did at Bama. Those 2 played longer at LSU than they did the school they transferred too

I don’t remember how long kamara was at Bama. Quinn was on both LSU and SMU campus two years, majority of production (easily) and snaps (id assume) came at SMU. OL Teuhema did start here for a couple of seasons

I wouldn't say I claim him, he finished with Tennessee and that's all there is to that.
But since he was at Alabama for awhile, I do follow and wish him well like I would Alabama players.
