I get that there's a ton of trolling in this thread.
Regarding Fournette, I say this as an LSU and Saints fan- while I would like Fournette on the roster, I would not trade either Ingram or Kamara this year. Yes, you get a younger body with the Ingram/Fournette deal, but Ingram is running like a madman right now, and Kamara looks like the most undervalued guy in the draft. Some of that is Payton's scheme (although that scheme probably has hurt Ingram's career totals), but they're a perfect fit right now.

Kamara is legitimately one of the best draft values I can remember in a long time. His pairing with Ingram has made that offense something else.

Leonard Fournette, as far as we know, is barely average and has flat out struggled in several games.
Shaun Alexander's career YPC was also 4.3. I guess he was "barely average".
Enmitt Smith - 4.2
Marshall Faulk - 4.3
Jerome Betts - 3.9
Earl Campbell - 4.3
Curtis Martin - 4.0
Thurman Thomas - 4.2
Ladainian Tomlinson - 4.3
All "barely average" too I guess.

First of all, LF isn’t averaging 4.3 YPC.
Second, take away those two fluke runs, and his YPC drops below 4 for the season.
6 of 8 games under 4.0 YPC.
That’s un-good, pal. The rest of those backs had solid careers. LF is about to get the Trent Richardson treatment.

A lot of backs would have had that many yards with 15 games played.

So now we have to go through and eliminate all the big runs every running back has ever had? Or do we only do that for Fournette?

So now you're saying those 6 hall of fame running backs are "un-good"?
Interesting.

Eliminate the longest two runs of each back’s career and let me know what the numbers look like.

Averaging 3.2 YPC on 173 of 175 carries is not great, buddy. I don’t know what the rest of those backs did, but that’s what LF has done this year.

All I did was factually state that LF is an average RB, and you go and do this. That isn’t very nice, sir.

I mean, I wouldn’t say it’s laughable, but it definitely isn’t very good. 99% of your carries going for an average of 3.2 is certainly alarming.

I guess it's lucky YPC is based on 100% of carries then.

Percy was a slot receiver I thought.

Until he’s 3 years in, and his career YPC is 3.7 and he gets traded for a 7th round draft pick.

All I need for you to do is explain to me how LF’s YPC is anything other than average.
You can’t. Which is why you haven’t. Just stop. You’re embarrassing yourself. I like you. Don’t do this to yourself.
