Don't care if it's not coaching change season.
I've got good inside sources that say McElwain is sick and tired of Gainesville, and fancies himself as a West Coast guy through and through.
He wants out, and I don't blame him.
Bill Walsh/Don Coryell/Jim McElwain - that's how he sees himself, and that's what will make him happy with his life, his legacy. He hates all those fricking Yankees in Florida. Can't blame him for that either.
Off to UCLA. Maybe even before Thanksgiving.
Guaranteed.

Oregon State maybe. He's from Montana and played at Eastern Washington. But has spent most of his career east of the Rockies. Trolling aside, he ain't leaving. Butch maybe. But not Mcelwain.

There may be a shitload of transplanted "Yankees" living in Florida but they sure as hell aren't in Gainseville. They're all in SE Florida. Those people he hates in Gainseville are basically rednecks that are much more like your average Tennessee moron than any Northeasterner. Can't blame him myself.
