So....are there any LSU fans that still think O was a good hire?

Was wondering if there are any left. How many recruits have left/or went to bama since the announcement? Still no OC. Does anyone think LSU will be better next year or end up with a top 10 recruiting class?

I'm sorry, but 9 outta 10 of the other names mentioned in the LSU coaching search would be better off right now. LSU doesn't look like a premier college program anymore. It really sucks. I was hoping to "be back" next season. Instead, lsu is going the wrong direction. Alleva needs to geaux, and O should only get one season to get things right, or on to the next coach (hopefully hired from anyone else but alleva).
I would be happier with Miles. At least our recruits would stay/or commit

Give the man a full year then base the decision off of that. It's way to soon to make any judgement.

Yall have got to give him time. Granted it hasn't seemed to be the smoothest transition but you have him. As a Bama fan I remember where the lsixu fans are right now.

I do.

Do I wish things would've been handled differently? Of course.

LSU would be in worse situation than it is now had they hired Tom Herman, that's for sure.

Breathe.

O was not a great hire or a bad hire at this point. It is too early to tell for certain.

OP, tell me what the point is of you coming to the SEC Rant & mocking LSU? How many recruits has Coach O officially lost? Signing date is still almost 2 mths away. If you feel the need to mock your own team, take it to the Tiger Rant.

I think he is a great hire.

The recruiting class will get sewn up soon.

Fans are chicken littling as usual.

No one ever said it was a good hire, quit fishing for upvotes.

LSU has literally done two things since hiring Coach O:
1. Resign the best defensive coordinator in America.

2. Fire the worst coach on staff in BDP.

Coach O never said one word about Lane Kiffin coming here, that was some media made shite that you bought into.

And if you think a few recruiting losses falls solely on Ed you're fricking dumb. Firing Les Miles guaranteed we would take a hit, it happens everywhere. Not to mention BDP was a great recruiter so that also hurts.

Again, stop fishing for upvotes by trashing LSU you fricking loser.

I don't think you can really call it a good hire right now.

It might not turn out to be a bad hire in the long run just as a good hire might have turned into a bust.

I'm giving Orgeron his shot and hoping he can get a good OC and lock down a solid class. Not seeing the point in shitting on him at this point, so I'm going to support him until he gives me ample reason not to.

I definitely don't think he was a bad hire. I don't know what we're going to get with him as the full time HC, but I'm pretty optimistic.

Me, I do.

Give the man a chance. We stuck with Miles way too long (even after it became obvious that he felt a QB was unnecessary), yet want to give up on Coach O after a couple of weeks?

Take this shite to your own board.

Seriously, this Coach O crap is getting ridiculous. You have no choice as a fan but to give the man a chance, support LSU, put your asses in seats on game day and cheer for your players.

Coach O thinks Coach O was a good hire. I don't think anybody else does though.
