Jobs that are absolutely better:

- Alabama
- Ohio State
- Florida
- Texas
- USC
- Michigan

schools that are probably better

- Notre Dame
- Florida State
- Oklahoma

All three could go out and get their guy.

None of the three would have ed orgeron as their guy.

Probably, yeah.

I'd debate one of those, and year in year out, a couple of those can change. I'd agree with you more if you said LSU can't outbid any of those teams.

ETA: Didn't even see Florida here. I'm not convinced Florida or USC is a better program or in a better situation than LSU.

Meh....iffy.

Gimme a break OP.

YAW YAW minus UF game is wrecking shite there.

It's a top 5 job without question. Love beating them and hate losing to them but they some blue gill, fast and skrong AF SOBs.

I think LSU is a equal or better job than those schools. Probably in the 5-8 range

Maybe.

Might be a better situation than any other team because of the recruiting advantage, but there's no way LSU has the money to get into a bidding war with Alabama, Texas, Ohio State, and possibly a couple others.

Also, facilities are a bit behind.

Alabama would be a terrible job. The co-eds are all inbred as frick, can't even bang out some sloots if you coached there.

This also, but that's not going to stop most coaches from coming here. They don't get to be successful D1 coaches by trying to dodge tough competition.

LSU is the #1 job for Ed Orgeron and Les Miles.

We may soon find out Tom Herman's rankings.

If LSU makes in the Top 10, then it's at 10. They have fell off since 2011.
