Fort Worth Star-Telegram
Welcome to Texas A&M, Governor.

quote:
Jeb Bush is a University of Texas at Austin graduate, but he chose family ties over school loyalty when choosing a school to teach at this winter in his home state.
quote:
“But you know what’s more important to me? That I am the son of the greatest man alive, George H.W. Bush, the founder of the Bush School for Public Service,” he said.
Welcome to Texas A&M, Governor.

I lost all respect for the Bush family when they went on public record as supporting Hillary.
Ronald Reagan's 11th commandment (thou shalt not speak evil of a fellow Republican) means nothing to them. If they had that much trouble with Trump, at least they could have said they're not making any public endorsements for any candidate.

They arent supporting Hillary because they like her. They are supporting Hillary because they realize Trump can't handle the White House.

It's laughable to invoke Reagan's 11th commandment to object to opposition to Trump. Reagan preached party unity in pursuit of common policy goals. From the first, Trump pursued a scorched earth policy aimed only at reducing his Republican primary opponents to dust. And he didn't even stop slandering them after he clenched the nomination.
Don't get me wrong, Hillary Clinton is corruption incarnate. But if you declare total war on a family, don't be surprised if they don't come to heel when it's convenient for you.
Jeb was not my first choice. Or my second, third, fourth etc. But he at least would have been a credible candidate. And he, along with every other major candidate, would be pasting Hillary right now.
As far as not making public endorsements, Cruz tried that tactic for a while, and look where it got him. That's the thing with Trump: either you prostrate yourself at his feet, or he will attempt to destroy you utterly.

"Please clap"
I'm embarrassed that low-energy daddy's-boy loser is now going to be associated with our school. Jeb is a waste.

They are supporting Hillary because she's part of the same party they are. At the top, in Washington, there is only one party - the party of "let's enrich ourselves off of the backs of the American people and toss favors to our global corporate overlords."
The Bushs and the Clintons are two heads the same scummy crime family.

Or they just think Trump is a bumbling idiot and not qualified to run the US. I'm gonna go with mine.

Ok. Be blind about reality if you want. Judging by your posts and assuming 14 is your class year, you are still young and naive about the world. I remember those days.

Naive is thinking Trump cares more about the American people than career politicians

I said nothing about Trump.
What I said about the Clintons and the Bushs is accurate.

I believe he is genuinely truly patriotic and cares about creating jobs and returning manufacturing to this country. He's an asshat, but he cares.
These things I am certain Hillary doesn't care about at all.

It would be blind to think Trump has a real plan and won't run this country into ruin. Hillary is 4 more years of status quo. Trump will lead us in the wrong direction. I'm voting 3rd party. And yeah i'm 25. Go vote for Trump, the man who is everything you tell your sons not to be and everything you tell your daughters to run from. Classy.
