Concepcion was the 4th wide receiver selected in the draft.

Post-Draft Analysis - ESPN:
Despite Omar Cooper Jr. still being on the board, the Browns stick to their predraft expectation and take Concepcion. He had some drops issues last season (10.3% drop rate), but he makes up for it by turning designed touches in the backfield and screen game into explosive gains. Concepcion has the sort of quicks, route running and tackle-breaking ability that was supposed to make Jerry Jeudy a star. He'll easily slot in as a Zay Flowers-esque WR1 in new coach Todd Monken's offense. -- Ben Solak
