Damn. Alabama won't have the newest stadium for very long.

Between the new training center and this football parking passes are going to be an even bigger commodity.

All we ask is a party deck in the new crib. Coach Nick said bring it back the atmosphere and attitude the way it was when Cohen and gang were there. The old crew got the green light...the big grill will be making its appearance again....smoke from the grill, spirits in solo cups and heckling to be had from the party deck. I am counting the days.

Wow. 2400 permanent seats. Don't make it too big.

We just renovated the football stadium and built a brand new practice facility.

This is Lexington and there's minor league baseball and more things to do than the average "college town."

This is their average home attendance from 2005-2015:
2005 363
2006 1648
2007 2010
2008 2170
2009 1850
2010 1860
2011 1649
2012 1839
2013 1893
2014 2020
2015 2067
2400 seats right now is great, especially if there is a way to either fit more than that on a berm or something, or a way to add seats easily in the future.
For comparison, here is their in state rival Louisville over that same time frame:
2005 596
2006 517
2007 1201
2008 1058
2009 1545
2010 1940
2011 1126
2012 1382
2013 1902
2014 1660
2015 2360

Wouldn't that money be better spent on Stoops buyout or are you just giving up on football?

That is tiny. How the hell does that cost 49M?
Don't get me wrong, I like what you're doing, but it doesn't seem nearly nice enough for 49M. There is nothing really unique or special about it. The club aint bad, but don't most new parks have a version of it.

Wouldn't Ole Miss's money have been better spent if you could actually win a National Championship with that cash flow? You're the last fanbase that needs to be throwing shade about money spent.
And this has been a long time coming. The Cliff is unfortunately on the bottom rung when it comes to SEC facilities and there's definitely the potential at UK to move up the ladder in baseball with the right coaching/facility mix.

That's not really a great excuse. The MSA of Lexington and Northwest Arkansas are roughly the same and yet we put 8,000+ in our stadium regularly. We also have a AA minor league team and other things to do. Its more likely just not a priority in your fanbase. No fault in that but if folks ever got truly excited about baseball then you'd fill 8,000 no problem.
