Yards is not the most important. Comp pct is a good indicator. QBR Is the most important and sorry, allen is #1 in the most important as it counts all stats.

Please do not forget comp pct. As it is a huge for NFL teams evaluation and it should be included.

Not surprising considering Arkansas likes to slow the game down while Ole Miss runs tempo much of the game

And Arkansas runs to setup pass while Ole Miss passes to setup the pass while periodically calling a run to give Kelly's arm a break.

Ole Miss has no running game and is forced to throw the ball in order to pick up first downs. So, obviously Kelly is going to have more yards, etc.

Ole Miss ranks 108th in rushing offense through 3 weeks on only 91 attempts. Arkansas averages 171 ypg on the ground and has 127 rush attempts through 3 weeks.

Allen has only attempted 79 passes so far, while Kelly has attempted 107.

Good stuff. I'm loving Allen, he's better than I expected- calm, tough, ballsy and has a lot of heart. I think he's going to throw some picks and hurt us at some point during the season but I'm quite quite quite pleased with him.
He throws three passes a game where I think "Bama would have taken that for 6". He's a more consistent passer than his bro but BA had a stronger arm and got the ball where it was going in a hurry. Sometimes I think I could've made a beer run in the time it takes the ball to leave his arm and hit his target. Beautiful deep ball though.

While not the only qb Stat thst matters it does help frame the other stats better and give a full picture.

I'm betting we woulda run the ball a little better against some schedules than we have against ours. Total guess though. But I think we are better than SDSU.

Kelly is scarier than anyone else in the West without question. And his stats are against Alabama and FSU with a shaky OL and no run game. Allen is probably the most efficient. Knight is perfect for what A&M needed, a calm leader who is dangerous enough throwing and can move around. And Hurts is a true freshman learning his way but clearly has talent and every intangible you could ever want, and has already beaten USC and Ole Miss away from home, both by overcoming adversity (more against Ole Miss, obviously).

Let's be honest here, only one quarterback on the list has played at least 2 of their games against defensive backfields loaded with guys that will be playing on Sundays.

And he's still leading in all categories.

What is funny you douche bag is you said there is a giant gap between 1 and 2. No there is a .01% gap where as between 2-3 there is a 30 point gap.

Chad Kelley and austin allen have separated themselves from the rest of the league according to QBR and YPP. Which are the two stats people judge QB'S in the NFL.

Allen needs to be more of a threat in the run game if he will be successful vs the A&M pass rush.

Looks like he has 11 rush attempts so far for a total of -9 yards.

He had a bunch of sacks game one. He can run. You might not believe it. We just don't put our qb in that position that often.

No, we need to have success running the ball as a team to be successful vs A&M pass rush.

It is clear most if the piggies are drunk on the kool aid and are angry at their QB is only ranked #2 in my little rankings.

Its going to be fun to win #5 in a row.
