Y'all will beat some teams you shouldn't and lose some games you shouldn't, you're losing one of the best QBs to ever come through the SEC. There is no arguing how talented and special Dak was, but he pulled a lot of weight for your team. The loss of Fred Ross is huge for y'all, but you will still have a good offense.

They would have been 4th at best last season

It was an exaggeration but that was kind of his point. The last team in the west would most likely finish 4 in the East.

I think you're thinking of Fred Brown.

Fred Ross is still on the team.

A lot of questions marks after Bama and LSU in the west. I don't know if any order of those teams would really surprise me

Yeah I can agree with that. Only thing I see as a near certainty in the west is that state will finish last.

Didn't you get blown the frick out by UF last year? Didn't Vandy take you to the brink?
Didn't you lose to fricking Memphis?

Recent contract extension aside, how hot is Gus' seat if he goes 6-6 again?

We'll be better than that (I think).

Arkansas beat UT at UT. Not that it's much of an accomplishment, but just thought you needed a reminder.

Normally I'd take 10-2, but I think most fans would consider that underachieving with the talent that LSU has coming back. This is likely Fournette's last season in BR, and it's now or never for Brandon Harris. If Miles can't get the Bama monkey off his back this season, I believe his seat will get very hot. His arse was saved last season by the idiots at the top (Alleva and that moron Alexander). Anything less than a trip to the SECCG will be viewed as a disappointment by most LSU fans and hopefully by TAF as well.

What a monumentally dumb approach. Who are you going to hire that is better than Miles?

Dak was a game changer, and we'll take a step back, for sure. But Dan will coach us up a serviceable QB (all 4 of which are more talented than anyone we had pre-Dak). With USCe in the rotating spot out of the east, I'm confident we'll outplay the pre-season rankings, just like we do, every year.

Is it living in the past?

Because that's all I see Tennessee fans do any time I see something about the vaunted "Big 6" (and if that ain't dickriding, I don't know what else is).

I'm fairly confident everyone will.

Except OM when their season is cancelled.

Ok, let's live in the present.

Old piss presently has 0 ten win reg seasons and 0 SECCG appearances in their program's history.

You can't type this sentence:

quote:

Ok, let's live in the present.

And have this end your very next sentence:

quote:

in their program's history.

This to me is a major screw up. Editors at Athlon's cannot catch 57 wins and 55 losses predicted in regular season SEC play. Pick whatever you want, but have the integrity to balance out the wins and losses.
