I'm not too concerned with how the Okies technically choose to classify themselves.
Fact is, many view Oklahoma as Midwestern.
It is what it is.

Ah.....meth and trailer references. The absence of originality or creativity of any kind is the hallmark of a mediocre mind.

Right. Your stupidity has plenty of company, as your goofy map proves.

Kind of like aggots, huh?
I've wasted too much time in this thread.
I honestly do hope OU figures things out eventually.
I have no ill-will towards them.

Honestly, I'm not sure OU has the leadership in place to pull this off.

the greed of UT will be the major cause of the collapse of the Big 12...
one really great thing about the SEC, everything is shared equally between the member schools...a concept totally foreign to the University of Texas...
as far as OU entering the SEC...not only NO, but HELL NEAUX!!!!
if there is SEC expansion, it needs to expand into North Carolina and Virginia...

Here's one fan that would love to see OU in the SEC...

There are already too many elite teams in the SEC. In today's age of socialism, being a member of a strong conference is a disadvantage. If we expand, it needs to be with teams that have relatively weak athletic programs, but relatively large followings in high-population states.

1. OU does NOT have any kind of invite to join the SEC...NONE AT ALL.
2. The Oklahoma Legislature has made it clear that both OSU and OU will remain in the same conference no matter what. OU cannot just go on their own.
3. Adding OU if it were possible, would REDUCE $$$ payouts to each SEC school because OU brings NOTHING moneywise to the table to the SEC. And the TV rights of any SEC game in any sport played in Oklahoma would be owned by the Big XII for 9 more seasons.
4. Both Missouri and Texas A&M added mucho revenue to SEC coffers because both are large market/population states. Oklahoma adds very little.
5. If the SEC wants to expand, it needs to be one team from NCarolina and one team from VA. But TV rights are a problem there as well.

bullshite. SEC teams don't share their apparel contracts, they don't share their radio and other media contracts, and they don't share their individual foundation donations.
Don't forget that A&M voted for the unequal television revenue setup for the Big 12 (which has changed to share Tiers 1 and 2 equally), as did Nebraska.
Both those bitches left saying they were pissed about something they voted for. Duplicitous frauds, they are.

I'm sorry the truth is such kryptonite for aggy.
Keep on deflecting. Enjoy your bottom-tier conference football finish (again).

Can't wait until aggy falls flat on their face in the NCAA baseball tournament (again). It's inevitable. It's science.

NOBODY wants to go to away games at Norman, dumbass. That's as simple as we can put it.
The SEC has the best football in the USA, and every team is getting big payouts and upgrading their facilities.
if we did expand, I would one hell of a lot rather go to an away game in North Carolina or Virginia than Oklahoma.
OU to the SEC is just not happening, so go somewhere else.
