I hope that bastard Briscoe gets life with no parole for his heinous crime. Forgetting your drivers license should be treated the same as murder, rape, and yes even terrorist attacks. America!

Just ignore Phan and his alters. Obviously he needs the attention and trolling makes him feel better.

Trolling hands down. Especially your particular brand of trolling.

It speaks volumes about what auburn fans will enable by not telling you to shut the frick up. The second monteg started his shite we had about 10 uga people all over him. How they allow you to even spew this dumb shite is beyond me.

I don't think he 'forgot his license at home.' I can't fathom a cop actually arresting someone for doing that. They can run his ID and search for that at the scene. I think it's much more likely that he didn't actually have a valid driver's license at all and that's why they booked him.
Did Kirby Smart ever really have control of UGA football?

not all arrests are equal. in terms of severity, this is nothing.
Now, if he had beaten a girl, then he's a thug POS.

You suck as poster yourself and none of your fellow mutts say anything to you. So STFU!
Olddawg, we need to get our ladies together one night and explore downtown Savannah.

I've seen it dealt with in court numerous times. It absolutely DOES happen.
And how, exactly, are they going to run his ID when....they don't HAVE his ID? Isn't that sorta the issue here?

Lew you're a saint. I'm down for sure. Love exploring stuff around the city cause I always find something new, especially while carrying a beer. Pregame lunch at treylor.

Cop did what he had to do. No issue there.

I've never been pulled over without a license, but I have been pulled over expired tags on the car, whereas I had already paid the registration, but didn't have the proper month/year stickers. A cop just ran me through the system in his car, saw that I paid and I was on my way w/o a ticket or anything. So I believe they could do something like that. Take his info (name, address, SS#, whatever,) pull up a picture of his license either there or at dispatch and then make a decision.

You're assuming the car/tag is registered in his name, though, which isn't typical for freshmen/sophomores in college. Yes, it can be done that way, but it would have to be registered in his name.
