This situation isn't getting any prettier.

JLee said he would be very surprised to see him actually play at MSU. Thinks he will go the prep school route.
On one hand it looks kind of bad for MSU, but if they gave him a full release with no coaching changes, or anything like that a NLI would basically mean nothing anymore.

Meh. Was he even a take for us before?
I have a coworker who's son is a starter for Mtn Brook and on the AAU circuit. I remember asking him about Brooks and Reese over the summer. He immediately smiled when asked about Reese and went on and on about how good he was. Took him a minute to think who Brooks was but when he remembered he said Brooks was soft and for a guy his size forgettable.

From my understanding, he was a take but we weren't upset when he went to MSU

We're going to start hearing more about basketball recruiting in the coming weeks.. Looks like Malik Dunbar, a top JC prospect, is visiting this weekend.

Transferring Quinnipiac combo guard Peter Kiss is focusing on four schools and has a pair of upcoming visits.
The 6-foot-5 Kiss will take an official visit to Auburn this weekend and Rutgers the following weekend. He visited Seton Hall unofficially on Sunday and is also considering Rhode Island. He said he’s open to other schools as well.
Kiss averaged 13.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists at Quinnipiac, including dropping 19 points on Seton Hall, 22 on Monmouth and 23 on Niagara. He will sit the 2017-18 season and then have three years of eligibility remaining.
“Seton Hall’s message was they were losing two all-conference guards” after next season in Khadeen Carrington and Desi Rodriguez, Kiss said. “The year I’m sitting out I would be working with Coach [Kevin] Willard and coach Shaheen [Holloway] developing me. Then I would step in and help them continue their success the year I’m eligible.”
Said his mentor Derrik Riullano: “He’s a late bloomer and the sky’s the limit for him in the right program.”

He's not a SG he's a small forward. Some list him as a wing but he shoots sub 30% from the perimimeter. He plays a lot like Cim Bowers / Dunans.
