So if Ole Miss is doing some illuminati method to paid their recruits and manage to keep these recruit and NCAA quiet, other schools like Texas and Oregon will be doing it too. Yet, Oregon is at #24, and Texas is at #37.
1) Oregon has a scheme that they fit people into, so, they recruit differently.
2) Texas is a basket case...it's a case of too much money and too much politics. Still could be that the ghost of Darrell K. Royal infects them even tough he's been dead for over 3 years.
3) There is nothing wrong with the Mannings, Tuohys, Doc, Dickie and Nut pumping money in. But don't for a minute think that high end recruits like Tunsil and Treadwell were jettisoning more established powers like Notre Dame and USC in the case of Treadwell because they wanted to play for an unproven coach who's previous claims fame was coaching girls basketball...and allegedly getting frisky with one of them, having Leigh Ann Tuohy deliver him a 300 lb kid from the projects and giving Arkansas State a winning season in one season. Yeah it was the money.

I have lived in Iuka my whole life and have never seen or heard of anyone in a hate group. I don't care if your buddy is a state trooper or Jesus Christ himself, he's either a big talker, liar or an idiot. Just look at the hate group watchlists - no activity in Tishomingo County.
You can make fun of where people are from on this site all day - this is kinda the point of the SEC Rant - but saying that like its gospel from a person who obviously has no idea what he's talking about is just infuriating. You lose the day, sir.

Bro, Iuka is country as hell. Had a good friend from there. Not saying it is Klan country but I could barely understand what people were saying.

Psssh, they have a Wal-Mart. That's automatic Tier-2 city status. Chik Fil A would make it Tier-3.

I've seen the KKK more in Oxford than I have in Iuka and Corinth.
I spent 4 years in Oxford and 18 in Iuka.

Oregon primarily uses the Spread offense which is used by many other colleges. College offense types

How is having too much money actually a hinderance? Like I have $10 million car budget... but I just don't know which car to buy... (recruits=cars)

They absolutely are not. I grew up in Corinth and go back quite often. I've never seen anything of the sort in Corinth nor Iuka. Anyone that says differently is an idiot.

Agreed, grew up in Corinth and have lived here most of my life. Never once have I seen a Klan member.

No one in this thread is insinuating that there are people openly walking around Corinth or iuka in klan uniforms. There is no possible way that any of you can actually say that there aren't any klan members in your town unless you search every single house.
The head guy that protested at the lsu game a few years back lived near me in tupelo at that time. I had absolutely no idea that he was a klan member......likely because I never saw him doing yard work in a white hood and robe.

We have alumni adopt all of our future recruits. Our staff is just that good at evaluating talent.

I've lived in Corinth for about 3 years now and I've yet to see a Klan gathering at even a single member.

And George Wallace in the door for you Bama pricks. "Segregation forever" he said. Blocking Bama blacks for trying to go to Bama. For shame you assholes. ETA: Bama shouldn't get into a flame war with OM over ancient racism.
Just a quick thought. Wallace was attempting to get the republican nomination and this was a political ploy to gather votes.
It somewhat reminds me of Trump and his attempt to ban Muslims is the only reason I bring it up.
Both polarized voters. Obviously it didn't work out for Wallace but his grandstanding on a much hotter topic vs Trumps remark are only comparable by category and not concision.

Why don't you win the SEC first before spouting out crap like this...actually I take that back, when you win a Natty with Freeze, we can revisit this. :-)
