I say yes. The complete package. Yes he only won one Super Bowl but is irrelevant in this discussion

I'm undecided on this one.

Depends on the situation

Question is- who has been better?

Who can you really say is better? He's one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL the last 15 or so years.

Peyton meant everything to his teams. Look what happened to Indy the year he did not play, the team went from 11-5 to 2-14 without him.

I wonder if Peyton ever tells his QB coach "just STFU, I know what I'm doing, a-hole."?

Of course he is. The Super Bowl argument is ridiculous. A great QB can be on a shitty team and not win crap.
Teams win Super Bowls and a QB is a very important part of a team, but not the whole team.
Without Manning those teams wouldn't have even sniffed Super Bowls.

As in his career in the NFL? Unquestionably

There have been some good ones. Fran Tarkington, Joe Namath, Kenny Stabler, Bart Starr... come to mind.

If you're talking about championships and awards, Bart Starr says hello.
