its hard to call plays with our receiving corps and run blocking
but some of this shite today was terribad
the rotating qbs/wildcat at the start was bizarre

The team is still playing hard so I say not yet. He will def enter next season in the put up or shut up boat.
We really need to beat Texas A&M or UGA somehow though.

i don't think he's the coach we need to be good consistently but that's not a very popular opinion around auburn

We can't, but we need to knock his ego down to size

Agreed. Randy the voice of reason, go figure.
You don't fire a coach in his third season and two seasons away from a national championship game unless he completely loses the team, and the team has been playing hard every week.
But if this crap is happening next season, then yes you look long and hard to giving him the boot at the end of next season. His stubborn play calling is getting beyond old. If he refuses to adapt and improve there he has no long term future as a head coach at a top tier school.

Only if he continues to play JJ

Yes but it won't happen.
Isn't that 1-7 in the last eight SEC games?
11-10 against FBS teams since the Kick Six.
Headed to 5-7 this year.
A dose of reality. If he survives this year and I am sure he will he should make changes in the staff. I don't believe that Sean White will start next year. Gus will panick and sign a juco quarterback that can run.

No. But he should learn to just keep JJ out of the game. JJ is a big guy with a big arm, but he always manages to screw up despite his physical attributes. We are better off without him in the game at all.

This will be the route taken. By then though, we'll care more about basketball than our shitty football program.

He is only good with one style of play and he should stick to it. He is not good at what we are doing now

No, but we need a DT QB. Not only does it help the run it helps the passing game prevent certain coverages. Gus' should check his ego and go find him a decent DT QB the last two we have signed look more like RL in high school than legit threats in his offense.

Stop starting threads for every thought you have

Gus needs to seriously evaluate his playcalling and the "offensive coordinator" who is making $600k to stroke his ego. Gus can do this, he just has to let someone help.

Depends on whether I see JJ ever take another goddamn snap.
