Florida defenders apparently tried everything in their attempt to at least slow down Fournette, who said he was even poked in the eye at the bottom of the pile on at least one occasion.

I was less annoyed with Florida players going after LF7 and more angry that the refs were not doing enough to protect him. Several times during the game they showed him having words with the refereees. He appeared to be getting mad at them with how much they were letting Florida push after the whistle (again, I don't blame Florida. That is on the ref to protect the player. They were terrible last night.)

No, no. LSU is the only team this happens to. LF is the only player this happens to. It wasn't an accident. Some UF player tried to scratch LF's eyes out with their finger nails. It was on purpose. The coaches told them too. The UF fans were obnoxious.
