Yeah right. I have family from the south that fought for TX and still live there. They are southern as hell. I have family in MO and they went yankee in the 1930's during the Great Depression so you have me there.
Nope. I've been all over the south and all over texas and you texans aren't anything close to southern. My family fought for the south. Doesn't make me southern, because I'm not, and I don't live there.
Whether you like it or not, texans, your culture isn't southern, and you aren't part of the south. Your culture is western (hats, wranglers, boots, buckles, cowboys), not southern. In other words, it's just like Oklahoma's culture, only we don't print our names on our belts, wear tacky jewelry, and we don't dress our kids in matching outfits their parents are wearing so they all look like mini-mes. Just deal with it.....
Missouri is part of the midwest. Case closed.

List of Southeastern Conference national championships
Yeah, that's like 3rd to last dude.
I'm all for the SEC - and speaking the truth - but you speaking lies about the SEC.
Pac-12 has more National Titles than three conferences combined.
It's why they are called by the media "the Conference of Champions"
They have like 500 while the Big10 has about 200 and the SEC has like 50.
In fact, in all of history.
The Top 3 schools in the entire nation are all from the Pac-12.
Most National Championships by school -
1. UCLA
2. Stanford
3. Southern Cal
SEC doesn't show up until Arkansas at 6.
Pac-12 has the most football, most basketball and most baseball National Titles.
The Big 3 - Pac-12 owns them all.

If you are going to put Maryland in any argument for a good "win", you better be talking basketball or Lacrosse. Football is something they don't care about.

Possibly the dumbest words ever to be sounded out together. Maybe he just isn't that great of a coach. Yeah, you failed to mention the guy was losing bowl games like his life depended on it. I don't think of too many great coaches who can't win the bowl games. And he beat Nebraska in the B1G championship games. They weren't exactly known for spending energy on the defensive end, to say the least. And he's 2-15 because he doesn't have a blue chip QB. His teams always turn the ball over at crucial times. He has an inconsistent offensive line and undersized DBs. And he loses to Toledo, who is a pretty good team. But you yokels don't give any credit to Yankee teams so eat a bowl of d1x.

There are 6-7 SEC teams most years who could win 10+ games in the PAC or Big 10. You have to play teams with talent on your level so rarely.
So do is all a favor and leave the SEC and join the Big10

Ohio State could walk through the SEC West,
bullshite. OSU has struggled to put away inferior teams this year. If you want to say LSU could win the sec west then I'd agree but walk through it? You're delusional.

Only teams playing for your CCG and national titles recently and winning their divisions have been spread oriented teams. Look at Ole Miss. A spread team.
Do you even pay attention to the sec? In no way is Bama or lsu a spread team.

OK you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Meyer was UF when lsu and bama won national titles and Gus has been at auburn.

Nope
You are an idiot or a liar.
Pac-12 has most baseball, basketball and football national titles.
15 in basketball - most
17 in baseball - most
17 in football - most (11 by USC, 3 by Cal, 1 by Stanford, 1 by UCLA, 1 by Colorado.)
It's not the often refrain of the Pac-12 plays Olympic sports more.
Pac-12 owns also the Big 3 sports. That's a fact...google is your friend.

1900 - 1949 = Football MNC's
SEC (15) = 5 + 2 + 1 + 3 + 2 + 2 (not counting TAMU's 3 claimed MNC's)
PCC (11) = 4 + 5 + 2
15 > 11 | SEC is +4 here
1950 - 1979 = Football MNC's
SEC (17) = 6 + 3 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 3 + 1 (not counting Hogs 1964 claimed MNC)
PAC (7) = 5 + 1 + 1
17 > 7 | SEC is +10 here
1980 - 2015 = Football MNC's
SEC (14) = 4 + 3 + 3 + 2 + 1 + 1
PAC (4) = 1 + 3 (Not counting 2004 vacated title or 1990 Colorado title)
14 > 4 | SEC is +10 here
SHOW ME HOW THE PCC / PAC have more MNC's in football?
1939 - 1979 = NCAA M Basketball Champions
SEC (5) = 5 (all UK)
PAC (13) = UCLA 10 + Cal 59' 1 + Stanford 42' 1 + Oregon 39' 1 (Utah was not in the PCC in 1944)
13 > 5 | PAC is +8 here
1980 - 2015 = NCAA M Basketball Champions
SEC (6) = 3 + 2 + 1
PAC (2) = UCLA 1 + Arizona 1
6 > 2 | SEC is +4 here
PCC / PAC is +4 all time but the SEC is 3:1 in the modern era
1947 - 1989 = NCAA CWS Champions
SEC (0) = Missouri's 1954 CWS is not counted as they were not in the SEC at the time
PAC (18) = 1940's 2 + 1950's 2 + 1960's 3 + 1970's 6 + 1980's 5
(AZ and ASU were in Border Conference till 1978 so 65', 67', 69', 76', and 77' and not counted)
18 > 0 | PAC is +18 here
1990 - 2014 = NCAA CWS Champions
SEC (10) = LSU 6 + SC 2 + UGA 1 + VU 1
PAC (5) = OSU 2 + USC 1 + AZ 1 + UCLA 1
10 > 5 | SEC is +5 here
PCC / PAC is +13 all time but the SEC is 2:1 in the modern era
quote:
The Big 3 - Pac-12 owns them all.
They certainly do not own football, and their ownership of basketball and baseball are in the past. Modern history suggests the SEC owns the PAC in all 3 spots. SEC also owns Gymnastics and W Basketball. Softball is shifting to the SEC as are other sports. Sure the PAC may dominate the likes of water polo and sailing but how much revenue do they bring in.

What does this even mean "modern history shows" - we're talking about all history.
USC has more national titles in baseball than the entire SEC.
USC has more national titles in football than the entire SEC.
UCLA has more national titles in the basketball than the entire SEC.
