And whoever took him #1 would be an idiot.

Top rated, not likely to be taken first overall. He's a RB

Imagine that, Kiper still sucks at the NFL draft.

Taking an RB 1st overall is beyond foolish

Kiper is an idiot who likes to hear himself talk, look at himself in the mirror, and his dream is to become a hair moose spokesman.

Reggie Bush should have gone #1.... Was second, didn't Houston regret that? I know as a Saints fan I was pretty damn happy

If Gurley was drafted top-15 with a bum knee, LF7 as a top-10 pick isn't unreasonable.

This is very true. Gurley could've been top-10 if he hadn't gotten injured. No reason Fournette couldn't either. Sometimes teams simply can't pass up talent like TGIII or LF.

Here is Mel's take on things

Isn't he just a sophomore? Or is this people thinking he will get a special draft consideration?

Love Fournette very dearly but any GM that takes a RB first overall is a maroon.

Definitely a fair assessment. I'd take him in the top 5 if I had a need at running back, and I hate taking running backs early. That's how good this kid could be.

There are a bunch of idiots in this thread. Kiper stated that Fournette would be the best player in the draft, not that he would expect for him to be drafted #1 overall. He might be the most talented player in the country but due to his position there is no way he is the first off the board. You mofos need to learn how to read.
