My biggest concern about LSU.

Great OLine
Solid receivers
Solid Dline
Solid Linebackers
Great DBs
Best running back in the country.
But the quarterback is still a major question, and due to the way they run their offense, I like LSU to control most of their games this year with an overpowering running game. But what happens if they get behind to a team? I don't see them having the passing game to come back in games the way Bama almost did. Major concern against Bama/OM/TAMU.

Watch LSU vs Miss St. last year

They go on a 95-yard scoring drive with all but one play on the ground and intercept the high flying offense as it tries to answer. You know, or something like that.

Harris will be the best QB in the country at the end of the year.

its a valid concern, and hopefully we work on the passing over the next couple of games. Harris has been efficient if anything and I think he only gets better with reps. He has all world potential but until he proves it, its just potential.
gonna be a fun season especially the last 4 games.

almost got it. Biggest concern is whether Les will ever let QB's throw the ball or Cameron develop a passing game.

#1, wont turn the ball over a thousand times for free points.

Our quarterback isn't an issue.

Look up Les' win percentage when trailing to start the 4th quarter. Then compare that to everyone else.
Get back to me.
Get back to me.

They're not going to keep Harris under wraps all year like they have the first two games. They're slowly bringing him along. They're not going to have a run/pass ratio of 80/20 late in the season as they do now.

no way!
Harris is fine. He's not taking sacks, not turning the ball over, completing over 60% of his passes, doing great in the running game.
Danielson just said that he thinks Harris is better than either quarterback LSU had in 2011. And both Jefferson and Lee were serviceable in 2011.
Harris is pretty good. Questioning LSU's quarterback is just the easy thing to do.

Ole Miss needs to establish a solid run game and just keep the LSU defense on the field as much as possible. The secondary is stacked, but the front 7 needs depth badly. We may have it built by November, until then I'm nervous about that most of all.
Brandon Harris will be fine as long as we work on the passing game these next 5 games.
Plus LSU needs to get its kick coverage together before that November stretch.

Don't worry, it's natural to fear the unknown.

Harris hasn't shown much but he is capable. Auburn (and MSU, to a much lesser extent) didn't give us a reason to pass. Obviously we won't run all over everyone all season. Harris can move the sticks when necessary.
The style of offense that OM and TAMU run plays so well into our defense's strengths that LSU won't be down by much to them anyway. LSU's weakness on defense the past 3-4 years has been power run.

There have been years in the past where LSU ran because they had to. This year, they run because they love to. They have a capable QB and excellent receivers. I expect that to start to show over the next few games.

I really hope we both come into this game undefeated, it would be an epic atmosphere in Oxford.
