Didn't the PGA/LPGA put up a ton of $ for the re-do at Carlton? Seems crazy to abandon after 2-3 years of a 10 year deal (I think it was a 10 year deal).

I'm agreeing with you. It is stupid that they (as a major program) get to play a schedule like this. As teams get left out of the playoffs, I would assume more conference teams will have schedules of their 3-4 non conference games look very similar. I hate what college football has become.

Not an ND fan but if they just would not have blown it against aTm, they would be in the playoffs, and no one would have a problem with it.

He left a job for a better job. If there wasn't a signing day & portal window coming, he would have coached Ole Miss in the playoffs. There is work to do today to prep for next season and it was leave or stay. He left.
