After all the shite that was spewed all over this board and many others during the offseason, I have absolutely no sympathy for Tennessee fans.
I hope Butch tanks, recruiting falls apart, players transfer, and your wannabe program has to start all over from square-fricking-one.
And maybe next time - in 5 or so years - you won't spend all offseason annoying the shite out of the rest of us about how "we're back!!!" and "ESPN ranks our x at x in the country!!!" and "top ten recruiting classes!!!!" and "Nike fashion show!!!!"
I only have so much hate and I want to direct it all at Auburn, Florida, and Tech. Stop making me hate you, Vols.

I said when it was 17-3. If they let OU score, they're going to lose this game. The coaches, players, and fans can't handle adversity. They freak out and choke. It's happened twice in big games that they have played in Neyland in the past two years. When they play teams they think they should beat, they choke. It's the brand of Tennessee football.
This is true. Oklahoma had no answer for Hurd and Dobbs on the read option in the first half. Tennessee went up 17-0 with 13:00 to go in the second quarter. We should have run that team out of the fricking stadium.
You could see it in Lyle's face that he was getting nervous on our first possession of the second half. We went from our own 25 to the Oklahoma 30 in 3 plays and then our tight end dropped a sure touchdown, leading to Medley missing a very makeable field goal. It was Fulmerball all the way after that

Yeah you guys deserve to catch some hell after trolling all summer but I am too hungover from speed drinking in the swamp while watching our own shite show.

This constant losing and getting smacked down has driven me completely insane.
I'm thinking we beat Western Carolina this weekend by a score of something like turtle to banana.
If you all will excuse me now, I have to go yell at the door in the other room. It won't stop whispering, and I know it's whispering about ME. I hate that door.

Your next coach, in the unlikely event you can hire a good one, will have lots of talent to work with. There's some good news for you.
Now that care of that a-hole of a door.

I'm hopeful that we will be able to hire the talking puppet that lives under my house. He seems to have good ideas. He even talked me into getting my nice new watch. It ticks, but it doesn't tock. But that's okay, tocking is overrated anyway.
I miss ham.

I hate Tennessee as bad as most anyone; but, from a football perspective, ALL of your goals are still attainable.
While there's likely no room for another loss; go 12-1, winning the SECCG in the process & most likely, UT will be in the Playoff Field...

I was impressed. Both by your talent, and butch Jones ability to prove me right. He simply doesn't know how to win big games. We told you all off season that 1-18 thing was a big deal.. Now you may just accept the idea that he has a limited window of success. He is your Ron Zook. He can get insane talent, but just doesn't now how to win with it.

The problem is I have zero faith in the Tennessee AD finding our Urban Meyer. We will skip that step and bring in our Muschamp.

If Tennessee doesn't hire Gruden. You should kill your AD. He said publicly he'd coach at UT.

If I knew for certain that Tennessee's notoriously cheap AD would hire Gruden at the end of the year, I would root for us to finish 1-11.
Gruden would have a stacked roster that could win the SEC in year 1.

That's a total trap of a hire. Gruden is 52, hasn't coached the college game since 1991, hasn't coached in general since 2008. Not to mention that he really wasn't that great of a coach to begin with.
Tennessee isn't a UGA or UF where he could coast by on reputation and a strong staff to recruit for him. They have to have a strong coach and a strong recruiter to succeed.

Agreed. UT talked so much shite. I hope they lose every game and they beam Butch in the head with his bricks.
