I know Godchaux is a beast but don't know much about the other tackles.

I get the sense that y'all are a little thin when it comes to DEs. Will Key play much as a true frosh? Who should be watch during games?

Apart from personnel, what schemes should we look for? Are rumors about some 3-4 sets true? Will it be more of a gambling D than the gap-contain stuff we are used to? WIll there be blitzes?

most of us are happy Chavis left. So there won't be any blaming on Chavis.

same main 3 DTs from last year + better coaching

DEs are a toss up.

We last our 2 starters but not a ton of production. Shouldn't be hard to replace or improve at that position.

well we use to have a drunk and an intern running our d. We replaced the intern for a legitimate dline coach so we should be fine. Key will be raping qbs on third down.

I made a bet with myself that the Aggie/Chavis/LSU pissing match would break out in here in under five minutes. I win my bet.

The saddest part of this is making bets with yourself.

weak? A little depth problems here and there but the starters are certainly not weak.

The vast majority of the LSU fanbase was pretty damn excited to see Kevin Steele + Orgeron package hire (I'll admit, more so Orgeron than anything). That should say something.

An LSU player fricked his mom in front of him. Don't mind him.

Our front 7 is thin. Our top 3 DTs should all play very well, it's tough to tell how the DEs will do because (1) we haven't had much DE production lately and (2) it depends on the scheme.

Looks like we are going to be a much more attacking defense though
