What are your must do's and absolutely not never with the greatest beverage invented?

My must is when making 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup of sugar unmeasured and must be kept in glass container. Must be Luzianne or Red Diamond tea.

Will not drink if has orange or lemon as a garnish.

ETA:

Did not put on Food/Drink board as Yankees frequent that board. We all know Yankees don't know a thing about sweet tea.

I started drinking unsweetened tea with Sweet&Low as a kid because sugar wouldn't dissolve in cold tea. Now I just prefer it over sugar. A sacrilege, I know.

Regardless of beverage container,

3/4 unsweet
1/4 sweet

Yields best flavor.

The more the sugar, the better the sweet tea.

I drink unsweetened green tea. Lots and lots of it. No sweet tea, no coffee.

don't just add sugar straight to the tea, make a slurry.
