Arkansas has the best rushing attack in the country, as we all know. The Hogs are the only team in college football that returns two 1,000 yard rushers, and we have the best offensive line in the nation according to Phil Steele.

But our offensive line is also great at protecting the quarterback. Pittman really is a genius.

Does all the credit go to the coach for his amazing abilities or to the OL players who could size up to most NFL OLs?

No disagreement from me. Pittman has done a phenomenal job.

BB knows how to put together an offensive line and knows a good OL coach when he sees one. I was telling Arkansas fans the last couple of years on one of their forums to remain calm about the development of that program since it takes time to put together an elite, smash mouth football program that has an elite OL.

BB isn't there yet since there lacks the type of depth he likes to have. Another cycle of recruiting and player development away before he starts to get the OL to where he wants it to be.

I am very high on Arkansas this season.

Link? I recall the top 7 OLs in the country that was in alphabetical order...

Edit: For the record, I would take OSU's OL coach over anyone. In 2013, 3 starters went on to the NFL and started in the playoffs last year. Replaced 4 starters last year and ended the year running all over Wisky Bama and Oregon to win the Natty

No coincidence the two with the least amount of pass attempts have the least amount of sacks.

Hard to argue with that. Butch made a major mistake by not keeping Pittman.

Defenses are rarely playing the pass against you, which means there's very little risk of being sacked

What a cock of shite. Sacks allowed relative to a predominately running team is a deceptive if not meaningless stat.

He is right up there with Navy's OL Coach. When all you can do is run the ball, it make the OL look good. OL usually take hits when they give up sacks. Not a problem with Ark.
