I know the latter part is sarcasm, but he was actually good in the NFL. Consistently having offenses in top 10 in the NFL means you did well as an OC despite once being fired.

I think Phil Steele is an *excellent* pick. He is probably the most consistent prognosticator in College Football, and his analysis is usually spot on. Well respected....
