Arkansas will be battling TAMU and the Mississippi schools for the bottom of the West.

I just don't see them being able to recruit the players, depth wise, to play bert's style. I think they will be struggling to be a mid-pack West team.

Is Bielema a better coach than any coach in his division? If so, where does he rank?

He's only behind Saban and Miles.

when you have Alabama, Auburn, and LSU (excluding A&M for discussion's sake), it's really hard to compete at a national level.

Been hearing that forever. The only team the Hogs can't really compete with is Bama. Auburn is on Miss State's level recently and the Hogs have been very competitive against LSU. A&M is below the Hogs so no reason to discuss them.

I will allow myself... overuled!

Arky will remain about where they are today,, ie only a contender if you are delusional. When you do rehire Petrino it will register as an uptick but it still won't matter.

Honestly with a new head coach. Bert will continue to struggle in the SEC.

i think they CAN be there within the next three or four years... they have the resources to be very good, just lack the recruiting pool... but the staff they have currently will hit texas and florida hard.

i think arkansas will have no issues having a successful offense under beilema... they won't put oregon like numbers, but they'll have a dynamic running game and adequate passing game. The issue will be can they find and develop the athletes necessary to compete on defense?... i'm not convinced, just looking at what they're bringing in.
