i guess that state of mississippi needs to be in the top 10 of a list that isn't obesity poverty or most segregated.

Because when I think "best college towns" I think Oxford...

Very true, Nashville doesn't have that big college atmosphere at all but in terms of entertainment options for college towns...its one of the best.
