Fayetteville is a great town, but nobody has ever been here so I'll not talk too much about it.

Bentonville is creeping up fast in our backyard with their fancy art museum and booming fine dining scene so we've been pretty self-conscious lately. They've been getting all the national press. Bastards.

This is total bullshite. I once lived in Oxford and OM has done a great job fixing it up and selling the place. But to arbitrarily say it's better than the other places listed is just plain stupid. First off, most of those other towns are in much nicer areas and have everything that Oxford does, some having more. I don't understand the love affair with Oxford, but I guess money talks in the right hands.

I notice you didn't address the towns themselves. but I know you've probably never been to Fayetteville so it's a moot point.

Fun fact, NWA metro will have passed Lexington metro in population by this time next year. I can't believe we're even that big. Weird. Also,

Erry metro gots Walmarks. Only one metro gots dat Walmarks money.

Kinda fun, the Walton Family Foundation can barely spend the interest on their holdings. You never know when they'll drop a few million for a greenway project or a 500 acre mountain park. Its suspenseful and fun. Toys, gifts, prizes, etc.

Fayetteville is indeed great. Really enjoyed when I was there for the LSU game in 2012.

Population alone doesn't make a city superior.

No city really wants the money that represents all things redneck outside of NASCAR. Embrace your white trash heritage. Embrace that shite.

I don't even like our money coming from coal. I'd have an aneurism if it was coming for the white trash company that is Walmarks.

Its just a fun fact. I bet you didn't realize that about NWA. We're passing 500k right about......now. Crazy, because this used to be country.

Wal-Mart hating is fashionable. I don't think they're that bad of a company. They have done lots of environmental upgrades and they're renewing a focus on stateside suppliers now that shipping and labor in Asia aren't as favorable as they used to be. A few tweaks from the feds and it would really get busy.

All we see extra of Wal-Mart in NWA is full Class A office space, white collar jobs, and philanthropy. I don't mind them at all.
