Too bad Nuss won't last at Michigan, once Hoke is canned.

So it was the Michigan offense and only 41 points that lost the game against tosu? Lmao
Posted on 1/25/14 at 4:24 pm to VerlanderBEAST
is this a make or break year for Hoke, or does he get a 5th year regardless?

In 2010(rich rod's last year) we had the 8th ranked offense. The offense has gotten progressively worse every year. We were ranked in the 90's most of this past season. Literally every player on offense(except MAYBE Taylor Lewan) has regressed under Borges. He's the worst coach ever.

Wouldn't shock me RLDSC
The only reason he wasn't interesten in USCw was because the coaching situation was so unstable, really don't even think it was Kiffin, but didn't think he'd be there (was right)
& a new coach & regime not only got their chance to contact him but made it clear he was their top guy. He will be very good for USCw congrats

Coker and the depth at QB looks deep.

If Ricky Town wants to pump gas for the rest of his life, so be it. Lane tried to warn him.

Any reasoning behind his decommitment?
He hasn't given one yet but USCw was/is his dream school and even though they recruited him out of HS he wasn't sold on the whole staff situation and the fact that USCw was likely gonna bring in a whole new staff.
His main recruiter on Bama's staff was Nuss and he was the one guy we were most likely to lose because of him leaving. As soon as Nuss parted ways from Bama and a few weeks after USCw hired Sarkisian, he set up an unofficial and is now planning to go back to probably commit this weekend to USCw.
Not too worried since he is a 2015 QB plenty of time to find another and glad he went ahead and did it this early.

The decline has started with Kiffin.

So who is Bama's QB of the future? Coker's obviously a stopgap. What happened to Bateman, does he just suck? All I hear about is Cornwell and he barely stepped foot on campus.

I don't think we know yet Could be Bateman. Haven't heard much from him.

After Coker probably it's gonna be Ok product David Cornwell who was much higher ranked before his injury and was favorably compared at QB camps etc to Matthew Stafford and fell in rankings hard after injury. He is far ahead in his recovery time and was an EE, just got on campus.

He is largely an unknown to me because of his lack of valuable PT. he could come in and be the next Cam Newton or Blake Bortles comes to mind with his athleticism or he could crash & burn we really don't know. I also am sort of torn on thinking he will be horrible or won't be the starter because there is no reason for him to come in if staff isn't confident (and Bama was courting him unofficially before Kiffin came to Bama so it wasn't his eval) and I always am inclined to trust the staff.

I think writing on the wall with him was Luke Del Rio coming in as a TF and being named #3 behind AJ and Sims. Really don't know what the issue with him is but a guy with a yr in the system shouldn't be jumped by any TF much less one that is heralded as a McElroy clone.

Cornwell is on Campus taking classes right now

I don't know I really don't
He ran the Wing T and killed it in HS mostly running the ball
But he hasn't had any experience in college games at all...not one bit
Not saying he will at all just making a point...no one knows
