Auburn winning does not help anyone in the SEC but Auburn. I don't know why anyone would be wanting them to win, especially Bama.

I'll never understand the "state pride" and "SEC Streak" people.
The Auburn team that beat us this year was a direct result of the recruiting class they put together in 2010-2011 that was pulled due to their National Championship run that year.
It literally does Alabama no good for Auburn to win a national championship.
State pride argument is retarded because nobody outside of the SEC even knows where Auburn is located.
SEC argument is stupid because frick the SEC, that's why.

I don't really care, I hate FSU and Winston too. I'm way more apathetic this year than I was in 2010 when they played Oregon. I think I'm way more secure with our program now. We've won three out five, will be top five preseason next year, and our bringing in another #1 recruiting class so I don't really concern myself anymore with what other programs are doing, I can't control it anyway. If we can't win it, doesn't matter to me if its Auburn, FSU, or Hawaii that does.

Not really any more so than an FSU win does. We recruit for just as many kids against them as we do Auburn.
