Pretty sure this dude won't work here long...he is gonna be fired soon for sexual harassment He has already offended a couple females and is completely inappropriate ALL THE TIME at first it was just brushed off by everyone as goofiness but he kept getting more and more aggressive about it

What is the worst about this is it is a retail sales job with the public

Anyone else have a co-worker who is a little too touchy feely or has issues??

Wondering how I should deal with this

Tell the females to come see me, I'll teach them some pressure points

Seriously though, I've had to use those before on a guy that didn't understand that "no, I don't want to kiss you" actually means no, I don't want to kiss you. So...I put him in a chokehold and hit the pressure points behind his ears. He got the message after that.

Especially if you are in a managerial role, otherwise you could possibly be fired too due to knowing about the harassment, but not doing anything about it.

This. Even if you're not managerial, this would be a good move, provided your Cow-Orker is not related to ownership or upper management...

If you're the boss: Fire him

If you're not the boss: Get the boss to fire him

Don't have these, unless you count the Asians who hide books in the Library.

That's not illegal. Just frowned upon.

Dude are you wearing something provocative that provokes his advances towards you? Kick him in the nuts and then run.

Examples of offenses?

Just talking? If so, what's he saying?

Touching and grabbing?

I doubt he just started doing this. How old is he and what previous jobs did he have? Was he fired from those?

Telling females (one in particular) "you're so sweet would you sit on my lap" also rubbing on female coworkers just arms and stuff but groaning and moaning then "oh sorry"

About the manager...he's fairly new (old manager signed off on him transferring in like days before he got a promotion and wouldn't sign off several times when he tried because old manager knew about his BS) and he has also been totally kissing his arse to where he just shakes off his rude comments to him like comments on sex and his penis etc

I'm not sure if new manager just doesn't want to stir anything up so he's ignoring it or will eventually turn him in but being nice now...can't tell

Just say "potential lawsuit" to your new boss and all will be taken care of.

If that does not work go to HR.
